Stages of the recruitment process

How does the recruitment process look like?

Application for the selected job

You can directly respond to the job that interests you. We present them regularly both on our website and advertising portals. If at this point you do not find interesting ads, register your CV in our Candidate Database, this will enable our consultants to contact you in the future.

Selection of candidates

In response to the needs of our client we select the submitted bid. Also among them is your application, which we will analyze and adapt to the currently open recruitment projects.

Phone call

If your candidacy meets the needs of one of our clients, we will present some basic information about it to you over the phone. Determining your interest on the offer is crucial.

Interview

A meeting on an agreed date, during which we will get to know you better and talk about your experience and skills, and present to you detailed information about the job offer. If you meet requirements of our client we will present your candidacy.

Meeting with a future employer

This is a very important element of recruitment, in which the customer will decide who of all the presented candidates, maybe you, will be employed. Stages of recruitment directly toward the client are dependent on internal recruitment procedures.
